ClearPresence Digital provides review management and Google Business Profile optimization services for local businesses. Our services include:

• Automated review request systems (SMS and email)
• Review monitoring and alerts
• Google Business Profile setup, optimization, and maintenance
• Monthly performance reporting

Service Plans

We offer month-to-month service plans with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your service at the end of any billing period. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain ownership or authorization to manage your Google Business Profile
• Only request reviews from actual customers who have used your services
• Not engage in fake reviews, review manipulation, or other deceptive practices
• Comply with Google's terms of service and review policies
• Respond appropriately to customer reviews and feedback

Review Policies

We help you request reviews from real customers. We do not:

• Write or post fake reviews
• Offer incentives for positive reviews (which violates platform policies)
• Remove or suppress legitimate negative reviews
• Guarantee specific review counts or ratings

Results Disclaimer

While we work to improve your online presence, results vary based on many factors including your business type, location, customer service, and competition. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as review counts, star ratings, or search rankings.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business content, photos, and information. You grant us permission to use this content as needed to provide our services. Our website content, branding, and materials remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearPresence Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate services at the end of any billing period with written notice. We may terminate immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
